About Adam Miszczak
Enterprise SEO, engineering and the systems behind search
I am an SEO professional focused on international e-commerce, enterprise search challenges, GEO and AI Search.
Since 2018, I have worked across SEO strategy and implementation, combining technical investigation with a practical understanding of complex digital platforms.
I am particularly interested in the intersection of search, product data, engineering and organisational delivery: how large platforms make products discoverable, how search systems interpret information, and how teams can turn technical insights into improvements that work at scale.
My background in programming and automation is an important part of that perspective. It helps me investigate problems at their source, understand implementation constraints and approach SEO challenges as systems problems rather than isolated tasks.
Working with complexity
SEO is more than identifying technical issues
In a large organisation, an SEO recommendation is often only the beginning of a longer process. Implementation can depend on product priorities, engineering capacity, platform architecture, infrastructure, security requirements, legal considerations and teams with their own responsibilities.
I look beyond the immediate SEO issue: understanding dependencies, clarifying requirements, identifying risks, communicating priorities and translating technical findings into actionable work.
Clear ownership, realistic milestones, reliable monitoring and communication between stakeholders help make complex initiatives easier to coordinate and validate. I aim to connect technical depth with effective execution so that improvements are practical to implement and maintain.
Enterprise e-commerce and international search
Large e-commerce platforms introduce challenges that are difficult to understand through isolated page-level analysis. Product catalogues, international markets, structured data, feeds, rendering, indexing and changing product information all interact. A change in one part of the system can have consequences elsewhere.
My work and research focus on these relationships, including how search engines discover and process information across complex sites, and how technical SEO can support product discovery at scale. I am particularly interested in approaches that remain useful across large catalogues, multiple markets and evolving technical environments.
GEO, AI Search and evaluation
AI-powered search is creating new questions about how information is accessed, retrieved, interpreted and presented. I investigate these developments through public documentation, technical research and practical experimentation. Topics include AI Overviews, generative search, product feeds, structured data, crawling, retrieval, citations and the measurement of AI Search visibility.
I distinguish what is documented, what has been observed, what can be measured and what remains uncertain. For enterprise teams, useful strategy needs defensible evidence, appropriate evaluation methods and a clear understanding of what findings mean in practice.
Programming, automation and technical problem-solving
Programming has been part of my professional background alongside SEO. My earlier projects include JavaScript and Java development, browser extensions, SEO tools, data collection, API integrations and workflow automation.
These projects are part of the foundation of how I work today. They help me investigate technical behaviour, automate repeatable analysis and understand implementation realities. I remain interested in how automation and AI agents can support research, monitoring and operational workflows when designed with appropriate validation and quality controls.
Research, learning and sharing knowledge
I use this website to publish technical articles, research notes and observations about enterprise SEO, international e-commerce, GEO and AI Search. I aim to make the reasoning behind my conclusions visible, including the limits of available evidence.
LinkedIn is where I share shorter insights and take part in professional discussions. Longer-form articles provide more room to examine evidence, explain methodology and explore the implications of emerging developments.

Beyond work
Outside SEO and technology, I enjoy martial arts, anime and manga, cold-water swimming, PC and console games, following the stock market and investing, and travelling. They give me different ways to stay curious, learn new things and reset between projects.
Let’s connect
I welcome conversations about enterprise SEO, international e-commerce, GEO, AI Search, automation and the challenges of delivering technical improvements in complex organisations. I am particularly interested in connecting with people building, researching or leading at the intersection of search, engineering and AI.
